We offer a training program based primarily on a series of postural exercices named yangsheng zhuang (養生樁). This set of postures are drawn from dachengquan (yiquan).
Through this postural training we study directly all the fundamental principles at the source of the very old tradition of Chinese health exercises.
The practice contained within this type of postural training develops a deep perception of the body from which we can condition and strengthen the body using a unique mental and physical method.
Our current practice is influenced primarily by the method of training proposed by Master Guo Guizhi in his guoshi dachengquan school.
Master Guo Guizhi was one of the major disciple of Master Yu Yongnian under which he studied for many years.
Professor Yu Yongnian, an original disciple of Master Wang Xiangzhai, had been one the major proponent for the use yangsheng zhuang practice for healing and health in many hospitals in China.
